As required by the governing documents of Oak Ridge Village Homeowners Association, Inc., an Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Monday, December 14, 2020 at 6:30 p.m., via Zoom.

The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete ONE of the voting options on the back of this form and return it to Spectrum Association Management following the instructions. The deadline to return this form is Friday, December 11, 2020 by 5:00 p.m.
Immediately following the Annual Meeting, we may have a Board Meeting for the Board Members to appoint officers.

Please make sure to cast your vote via the PROXY/ABSENTEE BALLOT as there will be no virtual voting via Zoom, nor voting in person due to COVID-19 concerns. The Community Manager will be available to receive completed Absentee Ballots at the clubhouse between the hours of 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
