Dear Members:

We hope you are enjoying this Holiday Season with the beautiful lights at our entrance and staying safe.

Unfortunately, due to these uncertain times, we will not hold our Annual Cookies with Santa at the clubhouse. Instead, a photo backdrop with the Christmas tree will be available for pictures. We will also have a Letters to Santa mailbox that goes straight to the North Pole. Please include your address on the letter to receive a Santa response before December 25, 2020.

Please see the ATTACHMENT for more details about Letters to Santa and the photo backdrop event at the clubhouse on Saturday, December 19, 2020, between 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.

To be clear, the clubhouse will not be open, and a photographer will not be provided. Homeowners will need to use their own camera to take pictures at the backdrop and follow COVID-19 prevention guidelines, including the use of a face covering when physical distancing isn’t feasible and hand sanitizer as needed.
